I had this on cassette back in the day, and it was my one of my favorites then. So when I saw it recently for $7 at East County Vinyl, it was a no-brainer. Still holds up today as a fresh, innovative electronic album, but I'd all but forgotten how amazing the percussion is on this, courtesy of "Beat Ash" (is that even a real dude? If so, surely not his actual name, right? I'll have to research that).
Just a fun and interesting album all around. Very polarizing for some reason, it's been my experience that's it's a very "love it or hate it" listen, and more haters than lovers. Whatever, they don't know what they're missing...
